1) Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or using Dead World Radio ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) User Content & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for anything you upload, post, or otherwise make available on the Site ("User Content"), including audio, images, text, links, and metadata.

• You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to upload and share your User Content.
• You agree not to upload content that infringes copyright, violates laws, or violates anyone's rights.
• You agree not to upload malware, exploits, or anything intended to disrupt the Site.

3) No Ownership of Your Music

We do not claim ownership of your music or other User Content. You retain your rights. You grant the Site a limited license to host and display your User Content only as needed to operate the Site (for example, streaming or downloading where enabled).

4) AI / Model Training

We do not use uploaded music or User Content to train AI models.

5) Takedowns & Moderation

We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion (including for legal compliance, abuse prevention, policy violations, or safety). We are not obligated to monitor all content.

6) Merch Marketplace

Dead World Radio provides a platform that allows artists ("Sellers") to list and sell physical and digital merchandise directly to buyers ("Buyers"). By listing or purchasing items through the merch marketplace, you agree to the following:

• Sellers bear full responsibility. Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of the items sold, fulfilling orders in a timely manner, and complying with all applicable laws including shipping regulations, consumer protection laws, and tax obligations.
• Dead World Radio is not a party to transactions. Dead World Radio acts only as a platform facilitating transactions between Sellers and Buyers. We are not a seller, shipper, or guarantor of any merchandise listed on the Site.
• No liability for fulfillment. Dead World Radio is not responsible and accepts no liability for: items that are not shipped, items that arrive damaged, items that are lost in transit, items that differ from their description, delays in shipping, or any dispute between a Seller and Buyer.
• No refund obligation on Dead World Radio. Dead World Radio does not issue refunds for merch transactions. Refund and return disputes are solely between the Buyer and Seller. Buyers should contact the Seller directly using the contact information provided in their order confirmation email.
• Seller account requirements. Sellers must connect a valid Stripe account to receive payments. Dead World Radio collects a 3% platform fee on each transaction to support the operation of the Site. This fee is non-refundable.
• Prohibited listings. Sellers may not list counterfeit goods, items that infringe intellectual property rights, illegal items, or anything that violates these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion.
• Buyers purchase at their own risk. By completing a purchase, Buyers acknowledge that Dead World Radio has no control over the Seller's ability or willingness to fulfill the order, and agree not to hold Dead World Radio liable for any outcome of the transaction.

7) Disclaimer of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site owner and operators are not liable for any User Content, merch transactions, or for any damages arising from use of the Site, including claims related to uploaded content or marketplace transactions.

8) Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized use.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will require re-acceptance upon your next login.
